If you have consented to receive Customer Care SMS messages from 3SKY, you may receive messages related to:
- Project inquiry follow-ups
- Appointment reminders
- Consultation and site-visit scheduling
- Project and permit-status updates
- Requests for plans, surveys, photographs, signatures, or other documents
- Inspection and agency coordination
- Billing and payment inquiries
- Customer-service responses
3SKY does not use this SMS program for unsolicited mass-marketing or promotional broadcast messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and project activity. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding appointments, scheduling, project updates, document requests, billing inquiries, and customer-service matters.
Message frequency may be lower when there is no active project activity.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. These fees may vary for messages sent or received domestically or internationally.
3SKY does not charge a separate fee for participation in its SMS program.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from 3SKY by submitting an online form and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not checked by default.
Opt-Out Method
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from 3SKY.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
